Hotel Jazz - By Keflavik Airport - Reykjavik - Iceland

The staff at this hotel were incredibly kind and helpful, making our New Year experience a delight. They arranged a pick-up from the car rental company near the airport, which was very convenient. the rooms were tastefully decorated and clean, with comfortable mattresses ensuring a good night's sleep. the best part was the free shuttle service to the airport, which made our departure hassle-free.

The location of the hotel was a bit isolated, with not much happening in the surrounding area. there was a fantastic Thai restaurant close by that we enjoyed.

We had a very smooth check-in experience, with the staff providing a warm welcome and even allowing us to check in early for free. Our room had a lovely sea view and was clean and comfortable. We were delighted to have complimentary tea and coffee available downstairs, as well as a kettle and mini fridge in the room. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of options, including delicious crusty bread. We were even fortunate enough to witness the Northern Lights during our stay, thanks to the management alerting guests. To top it off, we received a complimentary taxi ride to the airport, which was a nice touch. I highly recommend staying at Hotel Jazz - By Keflavik Airport - Reykjavik - Iceland.

Had a really really nice stay in this hotel and Keflavik, everything was very good. I loved the room on an upper floor. There was plenty of food for breakfast, including cereals, slices of fresh bread, eggs, hot waffles and cheese.

This hotel is fantastic value for money, especially considering its convenient location near the airport. The rooms are comfortable and have spacious bathrooms, perfect for starting your journey around Iceland. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring that all your needs are met. The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area, right by the ocean in Keflavik, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The continental breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options including fresh bread and tasty waffles. this hotel provides all the comforts you need for a great stay.

No improvements needed, everything was just fine.

The hotel is special and clean, has great views of the sea. The rooms are brand-new with wonderful breakfasts included. The bus station is 15 minutes' walk.

The hotel was a nice base for enjoying a safe area, so close to the sea, airport. We had a triple room with comfy bed and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating and an individual safe.

Friendly and helpful staff, close to airport, comfortable room, good breakfast, great ocean view, hot drinks available day and night.

This was a really good stay for a long time, they offered twin/double room. Stunning and favourable location, within walking distance of Reykjanes Lighthouse.

The hotel was charming small and well-kept, and the staff were friendly, loved the cute location adjacent to a couple good restaurants and an excellent taco truck, airport and Keflavik. Tasty, hot breakfasts with ham and also cheese.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Jazz for 2 nights during our trip to Iceland. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even going above and beyond to accommodate our early flight with a delicious breakfast and a free shuttle to the airport. The contemporary rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a great selection of English channels on the TV. The location was perfect, being a short drive from both Reykjavík and the Blue Lagoon. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Iceland!

The hotel was cozy and the staff was best, it had easy location near KEF airport. The room was functional and luxurious, we were quite satisfied.

Everything was perfect, the buffet breakfast was totally worth it. We loved a GOOD restaurant with a Thai menu.

Additionally, the rooms and breakfast were excellent, and we appreciated the free beverages. Despite the few setbacks, we highly recommend this small hotel for its great service and value.

We were a bit disappointed with a few aspects of our stay. there were some maintenance issues in our room, such as a broken cabinet handle in the bathroom and paint flaking off the wall.

I stayed at a hotel just off the Main Street, real close to the airport. The hotel paid for the taxi to get there, making it so convenient. The room was lovely and modern, with a clean and spacious bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was great, with plenty of options. I even had a sea view from my room, which was a nice bonus. the location, facilities, and service were all top-notch.

The only downside was the toilet being opposite the bed with a glass door, which could be uncomfortable if traveling with someone other than a spouse.
